Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s surprise visit to Design Group UK – Wales on Wednesday 11th December 2019 provided a unique opportunity to showcase our World class UK design, manufacturing and export facilities in the lead-in to the recent UK General Election.
Our Tom SmithTM range of Crackers and Roll Wrap, both enjoying the patronage of Her Majesty The Queen’s Royal Warrant, provided the perfect festive backdrop to a high-energy visit during which Prime Minister Johnson enjoyed mingling and taking selfies with staff and even lending a hand factory-packing Tom SmithTM roll wrap.
Impressed by our commitment to building a truly sustainable business our visitors were provided insight to next year’s 100% plastic free and 100% recyclable product solutions all manufactured using raw materials entirely from sustainable sources.
