Manufacturing

Our South Wales manufacturing site includes high-speed printing presses, conversion machines, paper metallisation and lamination equipment, special surface finishing options, and Paper Twist Handle bag production capabilities.
We prioritise sustainability through the use of certified papers, recycled materials, water-based inks, and innovative packaging solutions designed to reduce environmental impact.
Operations
Alongside our manufacturing operations, we also have 550,000 sq. ft. of in-house warehouse space, split between our locations in South Wales and Newport Pagnell.
These facilities allow for the storage and distribution of products at scale, giving our retail customers access to the products they need, exactly when they need them.
Each of our sites has dedicated teams for Technical and Ethical Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, protecting quality and compliance at every stage, and allowing for full inspections on behalf of our customers.
