At Design Group UK, we operate year-round from our Newport Pagnell and South Wales locations. Along with our domestic manufacturing, we distribute finished goods to customers in the UK and export markets.

Our operations team, consisting of highly skilled professionals, works collaboratively with our global sourcing teams. This seamless collaboration ensures a unified supply chain that operates across the entire UK and beyond.

A key aspect of our business capabilities is our 550,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. We have recently made investments in state-of-the-art racking facilities for storing raw materials and finished goods. We operate a dedicated warehouse solely for picking, packing, and distributing over 30 million single cards annually, directly to more than 2,000 retail stores.

Our strategic locations near major motorways, such as the M1 and M4, enable us to provide an efficient distribution network. We offer an always-on 24-hour service to meet the demands of our customers and their consumers.

Each of our sites has dedicated teams for Technical Compliance, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC).

Our Technical department ensures that we fully comply with all relevant rules and regulations pertaining to the manufacturing and sale of our products. We are committed not only to meeting legal requirements but also to minimising risks and impacts by developing robust systems to measure, monitor, and communicate supply chain performance.

The QA team ensures that all our products meet the necessary requirements. They actively engage with customers and suppliers to ensure thorough due diligence, validated by independent test laboratories.

The QC team is responsible for ensuring that our products meet the required quality standards. They conduct inspections at various stages, including goods received, during production, and before shipment. The type of inspection, whether independent or in-house, depends on the specific requirements of each customer.
