An Introduction

Central to our business capabilities is 480,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space enhanced by recent investment in state-of-the-art racking facilities for raw materials and finished goods.

This investment has included the introduction of a dedicated warehouse to pick, pack and distribute in excess of 30 million single cards, on an all year round  ‘direct to store’ basis, to over 2000 plus retail stores.

Our strategic locations, close to major motorways, including the M1, enable us to provide an effective distribution network, with a 24 hour service to meet customer & consumer demands.

Our highly skilled and experienced operations team collaborates throughout the process with our talented designers, expert manufacturing departments and global sourcing teams to create one cohesive, unified supply chain, operating across the entirety of the UK and beyond.

The Highest Standards

Each site has a dedicated Technical Department. This being Quality Assurance and Quality Control Teams.

QA ensures our processes and procedures, for all of our products, meet all legal requirements. This involves liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure the correct standards are achieved and appropriate independent testing is performed.

QC ensures the product is made to the required quality standard.

This involves inspections at a number of stages – these being goods in, during production, and final pre-shipment inspections. The latter may be independent or in house, depending on customer requirement.

Our technical resources plan, direct and implement our quality assurance programme, with accompanying quality control position, to ensure we fully observe and implement all legal and  legislative rules and regulations pertaining to the manufacturing and selling of our products.
